Privacy

Count visits without following people.

Moa measures your site, not the person. There is no cookie, no cross-site tracking and no persistent visitor ID.

  1. 1 A new random secret is created each day and the previous day’s is deleted.
  2. 2 The site, IP address and browser are hashed with that secret into a daily visitor key.
  3. 3 Only the key is stored, never the IP address. Once the secret is gone, the key cannot be linked to anyone.

Questions

Does Moa use cookies?

No. The tracking script does not set cookies or use browser storage. Visitors are counted with a hash that resets daily.

Who is Moa for?

Agencies and freelancers who look after several client sites and need to explain the numbers every week.

Can I sign up today?

Moa is in an invite-only beta. Request access and we will set up your account.

What if I go over my pageview limit?

We keep collecting your data. We will let you know and suggest the plan that fits.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. In Korea you can pay in KRW with Korean cards, KakaoPay or Naver Pay; elsewhere with international cards in USD.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Singapore, with encrypted daily backups kept in a private storage bucket.
